Valet Cashier - $13.18/HR

Job Purpose or Objective(s):
The Valet Cashier is accountable for all valet revenue.
You will provide information relating to the number of guest vehicles in valet.
You are the final contact for the guests experience and must have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
You will report to Valet Supervisor, Valet Manager, or Hotel Shift Manager.
Pay Rate:
$13.
18 Hr Part Time 2nd & 3rd ShiftPrimary Tasks:
You will process forms of payment such as credit cards and cash for goods and services to include parking charges.
Accountable for all revenue during shift.
Monitor and document guest traffic flow in the valet lot.
Responsible for tracking of vehicles and vehicle inventory.
You will ensure the smooth flow of guests exiting valet.
Answer all guest questions and be able to provide directions.
Check in baggage and dispatch attendants for retrieval.
Staff the window, answer the phone and operate the automated system.
Issue wheelchairs.
Represent Choctaw Casinos at all times.
Be professional in dealing with customers or other team members.
You will follow established procedures of the Choctaw Nation, Choctaw Casinos, and local management.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must have and retain a valid driver's license.
Able to handle money.
Able to handle some pressure during peak periods.
Pleasant, neat appearance.
