Maintenance- Tech 1
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform general preventative maintenance on the property.
Perform general carpentry work; frame walls, hang drywall, build shelves, lay carpet, paint, etc.
Perform locksmith tasks:
repair locks, door handles, and door closures; install new door equipment.
Respond to all building-related safety concerns related to maintenance.
Maintain cleanliness of facilities inside and outside:
sweep, pick up trash, and wash as required daily.
Assemble, move, or arrange furniture, office equipment, or other items as directed and assist in event setup when assigned.
Groundskeeping if the facility contains lawns or other outdoor areas in need of maintenance Follow safety protocol and notify the supervisor immediately of any problem, crisis, and/or emergency situation.
Requirements Need to have flexible hours One year of experience Accuracy and speed in executing tasks Ability to work as a team member Follows directions and instruction Constant walking, standing, kneeling, bending, pushing, and pulling Knowledge of tools and equipment respective to job functions Note:
